PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679
Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the “Regulation”), with reference to the processing of personal data of users who access this Shop On-Line.

The Data Controller of the data provided by users is Camozzi Automation B.V., with registered office in De Vijf Boeken 1 A 2911 BL Nieuwerkerk a/d Ijssel - The Netherlands.

The information systems and programs used to operate the site collect certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data, for example, includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers of the users who connect to the site.

At the time of registration by the user, personal and company data are acquired which may vary according to the selected user profile (“Basic” or “B2B”). For example: name and surname, e-mail address, job title, company name, number of company employees and industry sector.

  1. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
Navigation data (section 2, letter a) are used for the purpose of:
  • collecting data and information in aggregate and anonymous form only to verify the proper functioning of the site;
  • collecting data and information to protect the security of the site (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection) and of its users;
  • obtain statistical information on the use of the site.
The data provided by the user (section 2, letter b) will be processed in electronic and/or paper format by the Data Controller primarily for the purpose of acquiring orders and providing the related services, for example product configuration and viewing of the order and invoice history.
The data provided may be transferred to third parties to enable product configuration. Failure to provide such data will prevent the services requested by the user from being provided. The Data Controller may, subject to the user’s express consent obtained during registration, acquire statistical data on the products purchased by the same, which may be used for promotional purposes at a later time.
We also remind you that on the basis of current legislation the Data Controller may use the email address provided by the user during registration to propose products similar to those purchased (soft spam). The user can object the processing for soft spam at any time. 
In the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the site, navigation data may also be used to ascertain responsibility.
 
  1. Data processing method
The user’s personal data will be processed according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, using manual and/or electronic means, with organizational systems related to the purposes of the processing that guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data and the rights of the data subject.
Technical and organizational measures have been adopted to protect data from destruction or loss, accidental or otherwise, and against unauthorized access or disclosure.
Processing may be carried out with or without the use of electronic or automated means.
 
  1. Disclosure of data
In addition to the Data Controller, authorized internal staff (e.g. administrative, sales, legal, system administrators) appointed as “data processors” may have access to the user’s data for processing purposes.
The data collected may also be disclosed to external parties (for example, third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies) appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 4, Paragraph 1, Point 8), of the Regulation, who will be operating on behalf of the Data Controller and according to the instructions provided by the same, exclusively with regard to activities strictly related to the purposes stated above (for example, to guarantee the operation of the Internet service, management of information and communications systems).
Data may also be transferred to EU and non-EU countries in relation to the purposes described above.
 
  1. Data retention period
Navigation data (section 2, letter a) shall be retained, in accordance with applicable regulations, for a period of time no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was processed, as further described in the extended cookie policy.
The Data Controller will process the data provided by the user (section 2, letter b) for the time strictly necessary to provide the service requested, it being understood that the data subject’s rights will remain unprejudiced pursuant to Article 9 below.
 
  1. Provision of data
The navigation data collected within the scope of this processing (section 2, letter a) will be strictly used for the IT management of the site.
The user’s provision of personal data (section 2, letter b) is optional and aimed solely at following up on their requests; therefore, failure to provide the necessary data will prevent the Data Controller from providing the service requested.
 
  1. Data storage
Personal data will be stored at the operational headquarters of the Data Controller and at locations, within or outside the European Union, where the parties involved in the processing are located.
 
  1. Rights of the data subject
Users may exercise certain rights with regard to the Data processed by the Data Controller; in particular, pursuant to Articles 15-21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, users have the right to:
  • access their personal data
  • check and request the rectification of their personal data
  • obtain the removal (or erasure) of their personal data
  • obtain the restriction of personal data processing
  • obtain the portability of their personal data
  • object to the processing
  • submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority (Garante della Privacy, Italian Data Protection Authority) or take legal action.
