You do not need to register in order to view technical information relating to the products on this website and download the documentation (catalogues, brochures, manuals and certifications). However, we recommend that you register in order to download CAD models and access commercial information and be thus able to place an order online.
If you are looking for a specific product that meets certain technical requirements, you can use the CONFIGURATOR available on the page SERIES.
If you have registered and are logged in, after selecting the product’s technical characteristics, you can generate and download the CAD model (available in various formats) and the technical sheet (in pdf format) relating to that code. You will also need to use the code generated in order to request an offer or directly view the price for that code and place an order.
If you wish to download CAD models and/or view the commercial information relating to our products, you can register for free on our portal. Register and fill out the registration form with your data. You can choose between two types of profiles: the “BASIC” profile and the “B2B” profile.
If you only wish to download the CAD models of our products, choose the “BASIC” profile. If, on the other hand, you wish to have full access to prices, availability, delivery times, placing and managing an order , choose the “B2B” profile.
Ordering online allows you to purchase our products 24/7, every day of the year. Delivery times may vary according to the company’s closing hours. To place an order and have access to prices and offers, you must be registered and have a “B2B” profile.
If you are already a Camozzi customer, you will be able to view prices and offers based on discounts reserved for you.
Once you have located the item you wish to order, add it to your cart. If you wish to purchase other products, continue browsing and add the items to your cart. Once you have completed your purchases, click on ”check out” to proceed and confirm your order.
If you often purchase an item and want to reorder it more quickly, you can save it in your cart or search for it in previous orders by accessing the ORDER HISTORY section in your reserved area.
To save a list of items, enter items in the cart with the relevant quantities, click on Save cart and rename the list (e.g. Serie 61 accessories ). You can save as many carts as you want and view them at any time.
If you wish to order or reorder a saved list, open the corresponding cart and proceed with the order as described above.
All orders are tracked in the section ORDER HISTORY, where you can view their status. To search for an order, simply enter the sales order number provided at the time of order confirmation.
By clicking on the sales order number, all the order details including codes, quantities, prices and tracking number of the individual shipment will be displayed.
Thanks to its state-of-the-art logistics hub, Camozzi can ship the items available in the warehouse all across the world, optimizing delivery times. In the event of specific needs relating to the delivery of your order, the Camozzi commercial office is at your disposal to provide you with the best possible solution. You can view the status of your shipment in the section ORDER HISTORY in your reserved area.
If you have received a non-conforming product or a product that does not meet your needs, you can contact Camozzi. Camozzi reserves the right to replace the product purchased, in the event of non-conformity, or to reimburse you under the Camozzi general conditions of sale accepted during registration.
If you have found defects or malfunctions in a product and the purchased product is still under warranty, send an email to email@example.com stating in the subject “ return of a defective product under warranty”, describing the defect found and attaching photos of the product, identification label and a copy of the shipping document.
If your return request is accepted, you will receive a return acceptance code, which must be specified in the shipping document.
Camozzi service will repair the product, if possible, or replace it with another conforming product. You will be sent all the details of the new shipment at a later time.
If you believe that the product you have purchased does not meet your needs, you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org stating in the subject " Return of a product purchased by mistake” attaching the shipping document. In the event that Camozzi accepts your return request, the product must be returned within 7 days from the order delivery date. The shipping costs for returning the product will be at your expense. Once the product has been received, if it is intact and conforming, Camozzi will refund you.
